اثربخشی درمان راه حل محور گروهی بر شادکامی و تنظیم هیجان زوجین

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: یكي از عواملي كه مي تواند رضایت زناشویي را بهبود بخشد، تنظیم هیجان و شادکامی زوجین است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثربخشی مشاوره راه حل محور گروهی بر شادکامی و تنظیم هیجان زوجین بود.
روش و مواد: تحقيق حاضر از نوع پژوهش هاي مداخله اي و تجربي پیش آزمون – پس آزمون با گروه شاهد است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زوجین مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره مناطق 1 و 2 شهر تهران در سال 96-1395 بودند که تعداد 30 زوج به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و مداحله درمانی برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. ابزار اندازه گیری شامل پرسشنامه های تنظیم هیجان شناختی و شادکامی و سوال های مرتبط با ویژگی های جمعیت شناختی بود. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیره و نرم افزار SPSS-20 تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن آزمودنی ها در گروه آزمایش (8/2) 7/32 و گروه شاهد (6/2) 4/33 سال بود. میانگین (انحراف معیار) شادکامی گروه آزمایش در پیش آزمون (2/4) 7/13 بود که در پس آزمون به (8/6) 8/19 افزایش یافت (01/0>P) اما میانگین (انحراف معیار) گروه شاهد در پیش آزمون، (2/5) 7/12 بود که در پس آزمون به (5/6) 3/13 رسید که این تفاوت از نظر آماری معنادار نبود. میانگین (انحراف معیار) تنظیم شناختی هیجانی گروه آزمایش در پیش آزمون (4/6) 5/28 بود که در پس آزمون به (4/9) 4/33 افزایش یافت (01/0>P) اما میانگین (انحراف معیار) گروه شاهد در پیش آزمون، (9/4) 1/26 بود که در پس آزمون به (1/5) 7/27 رسید که این تفاوت از نظر آماری معنادار نبود.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که رویکرد راه حل محور، باعث افزایش شادکامی و تنظیم هیجان زوجین شد.
