چکیده
زمینه و هدف: پرستاران بيشتر از ساير کارکنان دچار فرسودگي شغلي مي شوند که بروز اين حالت را به ماهيت تنش زاي حرفه اي پرستاري، افسردگی و رضایت شغلی پایین نسبت مي دهند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش واسطه ای رضایت شغلی در رابطه بین افسردگی و فرسودگی شغلی در پرستاران بیمارستان های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی بود.
روش و مواد: پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی با استفاده از روش مدل یابی روابط ساختاری بود. در این پژوهش، 300 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستان های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی شهر تهران از اردیبهشت تا شهریور ماه سال 1396 بودند که به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی، پرسشنامه افسردگی، پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی بود. برای بررسی پیشفرضهای آزمونهای آماری و آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش از آزمونهای تحلیل واریانس، ضریب همبستگی همچنين شاخص هاي برازش تحليل مسير با استفاده از نرم افزار AMOS-22 و براي سنجش معني دار بودن اثر متغير واسطه اي آزمون سوبل استفاده شده است.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن شرکت کنندگان در این پژوهش، 4/34 (3/11) سال بود. با افزایش افسردگی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) 6/55 (4/11)، فرسودگی شغلی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) 9/88 (4/21) افزایش می یابد و رضایت شغلی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) 71/40 (6/12) کاهش می یابد. همچنین با افزایش رضایت شغلی، فرسودگی شغلی کاهش می یابد (001/0>P). رضایت شغلی نقش واسطه ای در رابطه بین افسردگی و فرسودگی شغلی دارد (05/0>P) و با اثر معکوس افسردگی بر رضایت شغلی (23/0-=B، 001/0>P)، فرسودگی شغلی کاهش می یابد.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که با افزایش افسردگی، فرسودگی شغلی افزایش و رضایت شغلی کاهش یافت. همچنین با افزایش رضایت شغلی، فرسودگی شغلی کاهش یافت. رضایت شغلی نقش واسطه ای در رابطه بین افسردگی و فرسودگی شغلی دارد و با اثر معکوس افسردگی بر رضایت شغلی، فرسودگی شغلی کاهش می یابد.
