چکیده
زمینه و هدف: یکی از عمده ترین مسایلی که در نحوه حل تعارضات زوجین مورد توجه قرار می گیرد، کسب مهارت هاي ارتباطی نسبت به یکدیگر است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی، درمان مبتنی بر شفقت و رفتار درمانی دیالیکتیکی بر تعارضات زناشویی زنان مراجعه کننده به اورژانس اجتماعی شهرستان های تنکابن و رامسر انجام گرفت.
روش و مواد: این پژوهش کاربردی از منظر روششناختی طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با (پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه گواه) بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان که به اورژانس اجتماعی تنکابن و رامسر میباشد که در بهار و تابستان 1396 مراجعه داشتند. از بین 100 نفری که به پرسشنامه تعارضات زناشویی پاسخ دادند، 60 نفر به صورت هدفمند انتخابشده و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگذاری شدند و برای گروه آزمایش 12 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای به صورت هفتگی اجرا شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-22 و آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن شرکت کنندگان (5/5) 2/37 سال بود. نمره همکاری در پیش آزمون گروه آزمایش از (1/3) 5/16 به (7/2) 4/11 در پس آزمون، نمره رابطه جنسی از (1/4) 8/10 در پیش آزمون به (7/3) 7/6 در پس آزمون، نمره واکنش های هیجانی در پیش آزمون از (3/12) 3/53 به (11) 2/36 در پس آزمون، نمره جلب حمایت فرزندان در پیش آزمون گروه آزمایش از (8/4) 8/19 به (6/4) 6/24 در پس آزمون، نمره رابطه با خویشاوندان همسر در پیش آزمون از (6) 2/36 به (3/6) 9/29 در پس آزمون رسید و نمره جدا کردن امور مالی از یکدیگر در پیش آزمون گروه آزمایش از (8/4) 2/24 به (2/4) 3/18 در پس آزمون رسید (001/0>P). میانگین (انحراف معیار) نمرات زیر مقیاس های تعارضات زناشویی گروه گواه در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون تفاوتی نداشته است.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که تلفیق طرحواره درمانی، درمان مبتنی بر شفقت، رفتار درمانی دیالیکتیکی باعث کاهش تعارضات زناشویی شده است.
