چکیده
زمینه و هدف: براساس گزارش سازمان جهانی بهداشت اکثر بیماری های قلبی و عروقی را می توان با شناسایی عوامل خطر مانند مصرف دخانیات، رژیم غذایی ناسالم و چاقی، عدم فعالیت بدنی، فشار خون بالا، دیابت و افزایش چربی پیشگیری کرد. این عوامل خطر ریشه درالگوی نامناسب زندگی دارند و ضروری است با برنامه های مداخله ای آن را کاهش داد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین عوامل مرتبط با رفتارهای تغذیه ای پیشگیری کننده از بیماری های قلبی و عروقی در زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی در سال 1395 با کاربرد الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی انجام شد.
روش و مواد: در این مطالعه توصيفي- تحلیلی 370 نفر از زنان در سنین 15 تا 49 سال به صورت نمونه گیری چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه استاندارد مبتنی بر سازه های الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی بود. پرسشنامه ها طی یک ماه تکمیل و داده ها پس از گردآوری وارد نرم افزارSPSS-16 گردید. سپس با استفاده ازآزمون هاي آماري همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون چندگانه مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سنی مشارکت کنندگان (1/8) 9/35 سال بود. با افزایش میانگین (انحراف معیار) سازه های حساسیت درک شده (3/13) 1/76 (001/0P<)، موانع درک شده (4/13) 6/56 (001/0P<)، خودکارآمدی درک شده (9/11) 8/81 (04/0=P)، رفتارهای تغذیه ای پیشگیری کننده از بیماری های قلبی و عروقی (9/10) 8/70 در زنان مورد مطالعه بهبود یافت.
نتیجه گیری: با افزایش موانع درک شده، خودکارآمدی و حساسیت درک شده، رفتارهای تغذیه ای پیشگیری کننده از بیماری های قلبی و عروقی در زنان بهبود یافت همچنین موانع درک شده قوی ترین پیشگویی کننده رفتارهای تغذیه ای پیشگیری کننده از بیماری های قلبی عروقی در زنان بود.
