چکیده
زمینه و هدف: آموزش مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد یکی از روشهای افزایش انگیزش پیشرفت و کیفیت زندگی دانشآموزان در مدرسه است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر انگیزش پیشرفت و کیفیت زندگی در مدرسه دانشآموزان دختر متوسطه شهر ساری انجام شد.
روش و مواد: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری، شامل کلیه دانشآموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه شهر ساری است که 7920 نفر بود. از این تعداد 60 نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه انگیزش پیشرفت و کیفیت زندگی در مدرسه جمع آوری شدند و با روش تحلیل کواریانس و نرم افزار SPSS-21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن گروه آزمایش به ترتیب 1/16 (4/2) و گروه کنترل 6/16 (1/3) بود. آموزش مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد موجب افزایش انگیزش پیشرفت در گروه آزمایش از (6/7) 6/50 به (8/6) 6/73 (01/0>P) و کیفیت زندگی در مدرسه از (6/7) 2/62 به (6/7) 1/89 شد (01/0>P) اما انگیزش پیشرفت و کیفیت زندگی در گروه گواه، تفاوت معناداری در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون نشان نداد.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد آموزش مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد موجب افزایش انگیزش و کیفیت زندگی در مدرسه دانش آموزان دختر دوره متوسطه شده است.
