رابطه اعتیاد به شبکه های اجتماعی با سبک زندگی و ارتباط با والدین

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: گسترش فناوریهای نوین، بر ارتباط افراد با دیگران و سبک زندگی آنان تأثیر گذاشته است. هدف مطالعه حاضر، تعیین رابطه اعتیاد به شبکه های اجتماعی با سبک زندگی و ارتباط با والدین بود.
روش و مواد: روش پژوهش از نوع همبستگی بود. از بین دختران دانش آموز دوره دوم متوسطه مناطق 2، 9، 16 شهر تهران (پایه دهم تا دوازدهم) که در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 مشغول به تحصیل بودند، 200 نفر با شیوه نمونهگیری خوشهای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه های اعتیاد به شبکه های اجتماعی، پرسشنامه استاندارد سبک زندگی و پرسشنامه رابطه والد فرزند پاسخ دادند داده ها پس از جمع آوری به نرم افزار SPSS-18 وارد شده و با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن دانش آموزان (2/2) 9/16 سال بود. نتایج نشان داد که بین میانگین (انحراف معیار) اعتیاد به شبکه اجتماعی (5/17) 1/41 با ارتباط با پدر (5/31) 9/104 (01/0P<)، ارتباط با مادر (3/27) 4/120 (01/0P<) و ارتباط با والدین (27) 8/112 (01/0P<) رابطه منفی وجود داشت به این معنی که هر چه اعتیاد به شبکه های اجتماعی بیشتر شود، رابطه با پدر و مادر کاهش می یابد اما بین اعتیاد به شبکه اجتماعی با سبک زندگی (7/8) 2/45 رابطه وجود نداشت.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که بین اعتیاد به شبکه اجتماعی با ارتباط با پدر، ارتباط با مادر و ارتباط با والدین رابطه منفی وجود داشت به این معنی که هر چه اعتیاد به شبکه های اجتماعی بیشتر شود، رابطه با پدر و مادر کاهش می یابد اما بین اعتیاد به شبکه اجتماعی با سبک زندگی رابطه وجود نداشت.
