تفاوت کارکرد شناختی مغز سالمندان مرد فعال و غیرفعال ساکن در سرای سالمندان ( مطالعه مورد شاهدی شهر تهران)

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: سالمندی دوره ای از تحول زندگی آدمی است. این دوره ممکن است با تغییرات شناختی، جسمانی و اجتماعی همراه باشد. نظر به اینکه داشتن فعالیت و حرکت را برای داشتن کارکرد شناختی مغز موثر می باشد، لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تفاوت کارکرد شناختی مغز سالمندان فعال و غیرفعال در شهر تهران انجام شده است.
روش و مواد: روش مطالعه توصیفی از نوع پس رویدادی با طرح علی- مقایسه ای بود. جامعه آماری مطالعه حاضر شامل کلیه سالمندان مرد فعال و غیرفعال مقیم در سرای سالمندان منطقه شش شهرداری تهران بود که از این میان تعداد 60 سالمند فعال و 60 سالمند غیرفعال جمعاً 120 سالمند با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده های مطالعه با استفاده از پرسش نامة استاندارد ميزان فعاليت بدني Sharkey و آزمون مختصر استاندارد معاینه وضعیت روانی Folstein جمع آوری شد. داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون t مستقل و به وسیله نرم افزار SPSS-22 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) متغیر های مورد مطالعه در دو گروه سالمندان فعال و غیر فعال از نظر نمره کارکرد شناختی به ترتیب (3) 7/21 و (8/1) 2/10 (001/0>P)، حافظه جهت یابی (3/2) 4/12 و (2/2) 9/10 (001/0>P)، توجه و تمرکز (4/1) 4/3 و (1/1) 9/2 (035/0=P)، توانایی های زبان (8/1) 9/5 و (7/1) 6/4 (001/0>P) و توانایی دیداری فضایی (4/0) 8/0 و (5/0) 6/0 (004/0=P) بود.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد فعالیت بدنی و تحرک باعث بهبود کارکرد شناختی سالمندان می شود. لذا، مشاوران و متخصصان سالمندی می توانند در مداخله های روان شناختی و جسمانی برای سالمندان مولفه فعالیت و حرکت را در نظر داشته باشند.
