پیش بینی اختلالات مصرف مواد بر مبنای شدت اعتیاد، مصرف در خانواده، سن شروع و نوع ماده مصرفی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اینکه افراد مبتلا به اختلالات مصرف مواد، متحمل دامنه ای از عوارض فراوان بر زندگی روزمره خود می شوند و اختلالات مصرف مواد بار سنگینی را بر دوش افراد و جامعه می گذارد، این مطالعه با هدف پیش بینی اختلالات مصرف مواد بر مبنای شدت وابستگی به مواد، مصرف در خانواده، سن شروع و نوع ماده مصرفی انجام شد.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی همبستگی و با مشارکت 281 نفر از افراد مبتلا به اختلالات مصرف مواد که در سال 1395 در کمپ، زندان و خوابگاه های معتادان ساکن بودند، به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انجام شد. افراد نمونه پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه وابستگی Leeds و آزمون تشخیص اختلالات مصرف مواد را تکمیل کردند و اطلاعات بدست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-23 تحلیل شد و همچنین از آزمون های آماری رگرسیون گام به گام و تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) اختلالات مصرف مواد بر اساس آزمون تشخیص مصرف مواد (4/9) 3/27، شدت وابستگی به مواد براساس پرسشنامه وابستگی Leeds (2/3) 3/9 و سن شروع مصرف مواد (4/6) 1/20 سال بود. نوع ماده مصرفی، شدت وابستگی به مواد، سن شروع مصرف و مصرف در خانواده روی هم 51 درصد واريانس اختلالات مصرف مواد را تبيين میکند. از بين متغیرهای پیشبین به ترتیب نوع ماده مصرفی (01/0>P)، شدت وابستگی به مواد (01/0>P)، سن شروع (05/0>P) و مصرف در خانواده (01/0>P) بیشترین توان پیش بینی را برای اختلال های مصرف مواد داشت.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد اختلالات مصرف مواد بر مبنای مؤلفههای شدت وابستگی به مواد، مصرف در خانواده، سن شروع و نوع ماده قابل تبیین می باشد، یعنی مؤلفههای مذکور می توانند اختلال های مصرف مواد را پیش بینی کنند. بنابراین توجه سیاست گذاران حوزه سلامت و اعتیاد به عوامل زمینه ساز اعتیاد ضروری به نظر می رسد. همچنین تخصیص بودجه به برنامه های آموزشی به خانواده ها و آگاهی رسانی در مدارس برای پیشگیری از ابتلا به اختلالات مصرف مواد ضروری به نظر می رسد.
