چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اهمیت وزن مادر در دوران بارداری و نقش محتمل لبنیات بر تعدیل وزن، هدف مطالعه حاضر تعیین وضعیت وزن پیش از بارداری و رابطه آن با دریافت لبنیات در زنان باردار تهران بود.
روش و مواد: در این مطالعه مقطعی 185 زن در سنین باروری به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای سیستماتیک در تهران انتخاب شدند. مصرف لبنیات کم چرب و پرچرب با پرسشنامه نیمه کمی بسامد غذایی 168 قلمی اعتبارسنجی شده مشخص شد. وزن و قد با استفاده از روشهای استاندارد اندازهگیری شدند. رابطه بین متغیرهای کیفی با استفاده از آزمون Square Chi، متغیرهای کیفی-کمی با استفاده از ANOVA محاسبه شده و رگرسیون لجستیک چند متغیره برای برآورد نسبت شانس (OR) و فاصله اطمینان 95٪ (CI) استفاده شد.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن زنان شرکت کننده 7/27 (4/0) سال و میانگین (انحراف معیار) تفاوت وزن قبل از بارداری و وزن فعلی 4/1 (3/0) کیلوگرم بود. پس از تعدیل تمامی مخدوشگرها نسبت به دریافت لبنیات کل، پرچرب و کمچرب چهارک اول (رفرانس)، افراد در سومین چهارک دریافت لبنیات کلOR=2.907, %95 CI: 0.175-48.270)) و در آخرین چهارک لبنیات پرچرب، (OR=3.376 95% CI:0.356-31.944) شانس بیشتری برای ابتلا به اضافه وزن و چاقی داشتند. درحالی که افرادی که در بالاترین چهارک (چهارک 3 و 4) دریافت لبنیات کم چرب بودند نسبت به چهارک اول شانس کمتری برای ابتلا به اضافه وزن و چاقی داشتند. افراد واقع در چهارک دوم دریافت انرژی از لبنیات کل افزایش وزن بیشتری در طول بارداری داشتند (05/0>P).
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه نشان داد لبنیات کمچرب با کاهش اضافه وزن و چاقی و پرچرب با افزایش احتمال آن مرتبط است، اگرچه به دلیل کوچک بودن جمعیت نمونه نتایج معنیدار نبودند. انجام مطالعات با جمعیت آماری بزرگتر پیشنهاد میشود.
