بررسی مقایسه ذهنآگاهی به شیوه گروهی با متادون درمانی بر سلامت روان معتادان مواد مخدر سنتی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: امروز، در دورهای قرار داریم که مساله اعتیاد به یک مساله بحرانی و قابل اهمیت در جهان تبدیل شده و تاکنون درمانهای روانشناختی گوناگونی برای اعتیاد ارایه گردیده است. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی ذهنآگاهی به شیوه گروهی با متادون درمانی بر سلامت روان مردان وابسته به مواد مخدر سنتی انجام شد.
روش و مواد: در این مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری همراه با گروه کنترل، 57 مرد معتاد خود معرف از میان مردان وابسته به موادمخدر سنتی مراجعه کننده به کلینیکهای ترک اعتیاد تهران، انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (یک گروه مداخله گروه درمانی ذهن آگاهی مبتنی بر پیشگیری از عود و گروه دیگر درمان نگهدارنده با متادون) و گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروهها قبل و بعد از اتمام درمان و در دوره پیگیری با مصاحبه بالینی و چک لیست نشانگان اختلالاتروانی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده ها پس از جمعآوری وارد نرم افزار SPSS-21 شد و براي تجزيه و تحليل دادهها از روش های آماری تحلیل واریانس اندازه گیری مکرر استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس اندازه گیری مکرربیانگر اثر بخشی هر دو مدل درمانی بر افزایش سلامت روان در سومصرفکنندگان موادافیونی بود. علاوه بر این، در متغیرهای سن (1/0=P، 2=df، 5/4=2c)، سن شروع (7/0=P، 2=df، 8/0=2c) و تعداد عود اخیر (5/0=P، 2=df، 4/1=2c) تفاوت معنی داری وجود ندارد و در متغیرهای طول درمان اخیر (001/0>P، 2=df، 2/29=2c) و تعداد ترک ناموفق (01/0>P، 2=df، 4/14=2c) بین گروهها تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشته است.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اثربخشی ذهنآگاهی به شیوه گروهی با متادون درمانی بر سلامت روان معتادان مواد مخدر سنتی، میتوان به عنوان درمان های جایگزین یا مکمل در مداخلات بالینی استفاده شود.
