تاثیر عوامل اجتماعی اقتصادی بر گرایش به سزارین در زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به مجتمع بیمارستانی امام خمینی (ره) تهران در سال 1394

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: گرایش زنان به انجام سزارین در سالهای اخیر افزایش پیدا کرده و این درحالیاست که آگاهی کافی از نحوه سزارین و عوارض آن وجود ندارد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین عوامل اجتماعی اقتصادی مؤثر بر گرایش زنان به سزارین انتخابی مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) است.
روش و مواد: این مطالعه تحلیلی-مقطعی، با مشارکت 300 نفر از زنان باردار در سه ماهه آخر بارداری مراجعهکننده به مجتمع بیمارستانی امام خمینی (ره) در سال 1394 انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع آوری گردید. همچنین داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-18 و آزمون Chi- square و همبستگی تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: از بین افراد مورد مطالعه 55% گرایش به زایمان طبیعی، 45% گرایش به سزارین داشتند. از دلایل مهم گرایش به سزارین تشویق پزشک، توصیه اطرافیان، ترس و زیبایی مادر بود. ارتقای طبقه اقتصادی اجتماعی به طور خطی با افزایش گرایش به سزارین ارتباطداشت به طوری که در طبقه خیلی ضعیف 4/5%، ضعیف 3/8%، متوسط 5/15% و خوب 2/16% تمایل به سزارین داشتند (0001/P<).
نتیجهگیری:مطالعه نشانداد که با ارتقا سطح طبقه اقتصادي- اجتماعي، گرایش به سزارين افزايشمییابد. اما گرایش به سزارین در سطوح پایین جامعه نیز همچنان بالاتر از میزان استاندارد جهانی میباشد و این امر هزینه زیادی به نظام سلامت تحمیل می کند.
