چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: سوء مصرف مواد یک اختلال عود کننده مزمن است که نياز به مديريت درمان در طي زمان دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي راهبردهاي نظمجويي شناختي هيجان و طرحوارههای هيجاني در مردان مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد، بهبودیافته و افراد بهنجار بود.
روش و مواد: در قالب یک طرح علی مقایسهای، 30 نفر از مردان مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد، 30 نفر بهبودیافته و 30 نفر بهنجار بهشيوه نمونهبرداري در دسترس انتخاب شدند و پس از همتاسازي بر اساس متغیرهای سن، سطح تحصیلات و نوع ماده مصرفی توسط پرسشنامه نظمجويي شناختي هيحان و پرسشنامه طرحوارههاي هيجاني مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. با استفاده از نرم افزار spss بهمنظور مقايسه سه گروه از تحليل واريانس چندمتغيري استفاده شد.
یافتهها: ميانگين نمرات افراد مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد در راهبردهاي سازشنايافته نظمجويي شناختي ملامت خويش )0004/0 P=، 3/11 (F= و فاجعهسازي )0008/0 P=، 9/7 (F= يشتر از افراد بهبودیافته و بهنجار بود و در راهبرد سازشنايافته نشخوارگري )0007/0 P=، 3/9 (F= افراد مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد و بهبودیافته نسبت به افراد بهنجار نمرات بيشتري کسب کردند. در راهبردهاي سازشيافته تمرکز مجدد بر برنامهريزي )0005/0 P=، 6/10 (F= و ارزيابي مجدد مثبت)0001/0 P=، 5/15 (F= ، افراد بهنجار و بهبودیافته نمرات بيشتري در مقايسه با افراد مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد به دست آوردند. در طرحوارههاي هيجاني نشخوار ذهني )0008/0 P=، 2/9 (F= ، سرزنش )0008/0 P=، 2/9 (F= و ديدگاه سادهانگارانه نسبت به هيجانها )0009/0 P=، 2/8 (F= ، افراد مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد و بهبودیافته نمرات بيشتري نسبت به افراد بهنجار داشتند. در طرحوارههاي هيجاني گناه )008/0 P=، 3/5 (F= و غيرقابل کنترل بودن )006/0 P=، 8/4 (F= افراد مبتلا به سوء مصرف مواد نمرات بيشتري نسبت به افراد بهنجار به دست آوردند.
