بررسی کارایی فرآیند انعقاد تشدید یافته با استفاده از سیلیکای فعال در تصفیه آب و حذف اسیدهای هیومیک

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: کدورت و مواد آلی طبیعی (NOM) از مهمترین آلایندههای مؤثر بر کیفیت آب هستند و میتوانند کارایی فرآیندهای تصفیه را کاهش دهند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی کارایی فرآیند انعقاد تشدید یافته با استفاده از کلرورفریک همراه با سیلیکای فعال در تصفیه آب و حذف اسیدهای هیومیک انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه از روش سطح پاسخ (RSM) با طرح مرکب مرکزی (CCD) و جارتست برای ارزیابی تأثیر پارامترهای کدورت اولیه، TOC اولیه، قلیائیت و غلظت منعقدکننده کلرورفریک و سیلیکای فعال بر فرآیند انعقاد استفاده شد. برای حذف کدورت و اسید هیومیک از نمونههای سنتتیک آب دارای کدورت اولیه NTU 5-45 و TOCاولیه mg/L 2-12 و کلرورفریک در غلظت mg/L 5-25 و سیلیکایفعال با غلظت mg/L SiO2 2-10 مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. در انجام این پژوهش و استفاده از منابع، رعایت موازین اخلاقی انجام گردید.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داده که مدل درجه دوم پیشنهادی برای کارایی حذف کدورت با ضریب همبستگی 0/9909=R2 و برای کارایی حذف TOC با ضریب همبستگی 0/0098=R2 مناسب بودن رفتار فرآیند را پیشبینی مینماید و در شرایط بهینه کدورت اولیه NTU 10، TOC به میزان mg/L ۸، قلیائیت mg/L CaCO3 140 و غلظت کلرورفریک mg/L 25 به همراه mg/L SiO2 10 راندمان حذف کدورت و TOC، %81 و 83/75% بود.
نتیجهگیری: یافتههای پژوهش بیانگر آن است که استفاده همزمان از کلرورفریک و سیلیکای فعال موجب افزایش چشمگیر در راندمان حذف کدورت و TOC میشود و نسبت به فرآیند متداول تصفیه با کلرورفریک، کارایی بالاتری را نشان میدهد.
