بررسی تاثیر درمان شناختی رفتاری بر عزتنفس، سلامت روان و اهمالکاری درفرزندان نوجوان مادران بهبودیافته از سوء مصرف مواد

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: اختلال مصرف مواد مخدر توسط والدین، به ویژه در مادران، خطرات روانی و رفتاری جدی برای فرزندان ایجاد میکند. این مطالعه تاثیر درمان شناختی- رفتاری (CBT) را بر عزت نفس، سلامت روان و اهمالکاری در بین فرزندان نوجوان مادران بهبود یافته از سوء مصرف مواد، بررسی کرد.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون– پس آزمون بود. از دو مرکز بازتوانی اعتیاد فعال در شهر ساری، ۶۰ نوجوان (۱۵ تا ۱۸ سال) با والدین بهبود یافته از سوء مصرف مواد بصورت در دسترس انتخاب و سپس به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل به طور مساوی تخصیص یافتند. مداخله شامل هشت جلسه ۹۰ دقیقهای CBT بود که مهارتهایی مانند شناسایی و تغییر خودگوییهای منفی، اصلاح تحریفات شناختی، تقویت حل مسئله و ارتباط مؤثر را در بر میگرفت. سپس با استفاده از نرمافزار 26SPSS آمار توصیفی و آنالیز کوواریانس با سطح معنیداری (P < 0.05) برای مقایسه گروهها به کار گرفته شد. رعایت ملاحظات اخلاقی در تمام مراحل انجام پژوهش در نظرگرفته شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که در گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، عزت نفس به طور معناداری افزایش یافت (η² = 0.782, P<0.001). سلامت روان بهبود قابل توجهی داشت (η² = 0.473, P < 0.001) و میزان اهمالکاری به طور معناداری کاهش پیدا کرد(η²=0.451, P<0.001).
نتیجهگیری: درمان شناختی رفتاری به طور چشمگیری عزت نفس و سلامت روان نوجوانان را ارتقاء داده و اهمالکاری آنها را کاهش میدهد. این رویکرد میتواند به عنوان مداخلهای مؤثر در برنامههای پیشگیری و توانبخشی خانوادهها مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
