ارزیابی رعایت شیوهنامههای بهداشتی در مراکز بستهبندی خرما و ارائه راهکارهای اصلاحی با رویکرد تلفیقی تصمیمگیری چند معیاره

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: خرما یکی از محصولات کشاورزی استراتژیک ایران است، لذا ارزیابی و نظارت بر کیفیت مراحل کاشت، برداشت و بستهبندی و فرآوری این محصول اهمیت ویژه ای دارد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی وضعیت رعایت شیوهنامههای بهداشتی در مراکز بستهبندی و جمعآوری خرمای استان کرمان و ارائه راهکارهای اصلاحی برای بهبود این شرایط بود.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی با مشارکت ۱۰ نفر از خبرگان انجام شد. دادهها از طریق دو پرسشنامه گردآوری گردید؛ پرسشنامه اول برای تحلیل راهبردی عوامل داخلی و خارجی مؤثر بر مدیریت کیفیت جامع عوامل داخلی و خارجی و پرسشنامه دوم برای مقایسه زوجی راهکارهای بهبود، مبتنی بر روش تصمیمگیری چند معیاره بهترین– بدترین استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار Excel، Expert Choice و MATLAB انجام شد. این پژوهش با پایبندی کامل به اصول و ملاحظات اخلاقی در تمام مراحل انجام شد.
یافتهها: براساس نتایج، مراکز بستهبندی خرما با امتیاز 0/015 و 0/006 به ترتیب در ماتریس عوامل داخلی و خارجی و در ناحیه تهاجمی قرار گرفتند. در میان عوامل تحلیل نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصتها و تهدیدها، به ترتیب «عدم حضور افراد متفرقه در محل کار»، «عدم کنترل کیفیت بهداشتی محصول توسط مشتری»، «نظارت مستمر بهداشت محیطی» و «عدم هماهنگی با رقبا»، بالاترین امتیاز کسب کردند. همچنین در رتبهبندی راهکارها، آموزش با وزن 0/331 بیشترین اهمیت را داشت.
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها نشان میدهد مراکز بستهبندی خرما با تکیه بر نقاط قوت داخلی و فرصتهای محیطی، ظرفیت مناسبی برای ارتقاء کیفیت دارند و آموزش به عنوان مؤثرترین راهکار باید در اولویت اقدامات بهبود قرار گیرد.
