تاثیرآموزش مبتنی بر نظریه رفتار برنامهریزی شده در مصرف میوه و سبزی دانشآموزان دختر شهر مشهد

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: مصرف ناکافی میوه و سبزی از عوامل خطر ابتلا به بیماریهای قلبیعروقی، انواع سرطان و بیماریهای مزمن در بزرگسالی است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش مبتنی بر نظریه رفتار برنامهریزیشده بر مصرف میوه و سبزی در دانشآموزان دختر پایه پنجم ابتدایی انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش یک کارآزمایی شاهددار تصادفی بود که روی ۷۴ دانشآموز دختر پایه پنجم ابتدایی در مدارس مشهد (سال ۱۴۰۰) اجرا شد. شرکتکنندگان بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمون و کنترل تقسیم شدند. پس از نیازسنجی بر اساس نظریه رفتار برنامهریزیشده، مداخله آموزشی برای گروه آزمون طراحی و اجرا شد. ارزیابیها بلافاصله و سه ماه پس از مداخله انجام گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه ۲۴ و آزمونهای منویتنی، کایدو، آزمون دقیق فیشر و آزمونهای توصیفی در سطح معنیداری 0/05 تحلیل شدند. ملاحظات اخلاقی در تمامی مراحل رعایت گردید.
یافتهها: پیش از مداخله، بین دو گروه از نظر سازههای نظریه رفتار برنامهریزیشده شامل نگرش، هنجار ذهنی، کنترل رفتاری درکشده و قصد رفتاری تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت؛ اما پس از مداخله، میانگین نمرات این سازهها در گروه آزمون بلافاصله و سه ماه بعد بهطور معناداری افزایش یافت(P<0/001).
نتیجهگیری: آموزش مبتنی بر نظریه رفتار برنامهریزیشده میتواند موجب بهبود نگرش، هنجار ذهنی، کنترل رفتاری درکشده و قصد رفتاری در زمینه مصرف میوه و سبزی در دانشآموزان شود و نقش مؤثری در ارتقای سلامت و پیشگیری از بیماریهای مزمن ایفا کند.
