بررسی ارتباط مهارتهای تصمیمگیری با سازگاری فردی و اجتماعی کارورزان و کارآموزان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهرکرد در شرایط بیماری کووید-19

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: پاندمی کووید-19 مهمترین چالش بهداشتی- درمانی عصر حاضر است. کارورزان و کارآموزان پزشکی نقش مهمی در درمان، مراقبت و پیگیری بیماران مبتلا دارند و مهارتهای تصمیمگیری و سازگاری از عوامل موثر در عملکرد آنها بهشمار میرود. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین وضعیت مهارتهای تصمیم گیری و سازگاری و ارتباط آنها در کارورزان و کارآموزان پزشکی طی پاندمی کووید-19 انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی 210 نفر از کارورزان و کارآموزان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهرکرد در سال 1401-1400 وارد مطالعه شده و پرسشنامه های اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، مهارتهای سازگاری فردی و اجتماعی کالیفرنیا و سبکهاي تصمیم گیري اسکات و برو را تکمیل کردند. ملاحظات اخلاقی در تمام مراحل مطالعه رعایت شد. داده ها توسط نرم افرار SPSS 26 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: یافتههای مطالعه نشان داد، مهارتهای تصمیمگیری 48/19 درصد دانشجویان مطلوب، 46/36 درصد متوسط و 5/45 درصد نامطلوب بود. اکثریت دانشجویان سازگاری فردی مطلوب (93/64 درصد) و سازگاری اجتماعی متوسط (24/1 درصد) داشتند. مهارتهای تصمیمگیری با سازگاری فردی، اجتماعی و کل و متغیرهای سن، تحصیلات پدر و محل سکونت ارتباط معنیداری داشت (P<0/05). آنالیز رگرسیون نشان داد که سازگاری فردی، اجتماعی و کل و متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی (محل سکونت و تحصیلات پدر) پیشبینی کنندگی 59 درصد برای مهارتهای تصمیم گیری دارد.
نتیجهگیری: مهارتهای سازگاری و برخی متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی (محل سکونت و تحصیلات پدر) پیشبینیکننده مهارت تصمیم گیری دانشجویان پزشکی هستند.
