بررسی رابطه مخاطرات شغلی و فرسودگی با رضایت شغلی پرستاران بیمارستانهای آموزشی و درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی در سال 1402

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: پرستاران شاغل در مراکز درمانی در معرض مخاطرات شغلی متعدد و فرسودگی قرار دارند که این متغیرها ازجمله عواملی هستند که با کاهش انگیزه پرستاران باعث نارضایتی آنها میشود. از همین رو این پژوهش با هدف تعیین رابطه مخاطرات شغلی و فرسودگی با رضایت شغلی پرستاران انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: این یک پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی است که با توجه به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای و توسط سه پرسشنامه مخاطرات شغلی، فرسودگی شغلی مسلش و رضایت شغلی اسپکتور روی 240 پرستار شاغل در بخشهای بستری بیمارستانهای آموزشی- درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی صورت گرفت. دادهها از طریق آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی در قالب نرمافزار SPSS-26 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند؛ همچنین ملاحظات اخلاقی در طول اجرای پژوهش رعایت شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که مخاطرات شغلی (0/42-=r) و فرسودگی (0/56-=r) با رضایت شغلی پرستاران رابطه معکوس و معناداری (0/05> P) داشتند و از سویی دیگر بین مخاطرات شغلی و ابعاد آن به غیر از مخاطرات بیولوژیکی با فرسودگی رابطه مستقیمی وجود داشت؛ همچنین بر اساس نتایج رگرسیون متغیرهای مخاطرات و فرسودگی شغلی قادر به پیشبینی رضایت شغلی بودند.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش و اهمیت مخاطرات شغلی در رضایتمندی پرستاران و همچنین رابطه بین فرسودگی و رضایت شغلی از طریق ارتقا دانش فردی و مهارتهای پرستاران و تغيير شرايط محیط کار میتوان سبب کاهش میزان فرسودگی و مخاطرات و بهبود رضایت شغلی در پرستاران شده و از بروز پیامدهای احتمالی جلوگیری کرد.
