بررسی تاثیر آموزش بر اساس حیطههای یادگیری بلوم بر میزان خودکارآمدی و تغییر رفتار تغذیهای دانشآموزان دختر در سن بلوغ

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: با توجه به اهمیت تغذیه در رشد و سلامتی نوجوانان، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش بر اساس اهداف بلوم بر میزان خودکارآمدی و رفتار تغذیهای دانشآموزان دختر انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی سال 1401 در شهر مشهد انجام شد. در قسمت اول مطالعه 236 دانشآموز دختر 15-13 ساله با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای، وارد مطالعه شدند. در مرحله دوم مطالعه، 70 نفر از دانشآموزان (دو گروه 35 نفری آزمون و کنترل) انتخاب شدند. برنامه آموزشی جهت گروه آزمون، در 4 جلسه انجام شد. گردآوری اطلاعات با پرسشنامههای بسامد خوراکی، خودکارآمدی و مراحل تغییر رفتار که روایی و پایایی آنها با بررسی روایی محتوایی و صوری و محاسبه الفاکرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت، انجام شد. تحلیل اطلاعات با نرمافزارSPSS نسخه 21 و آزمونهای توصیفی و تحلیلی مناسب انجام شد. رعایت ملاحظات اخلاقی در تمام مراحل مطالعه در نظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد، مرحله تغییر افراد در گروه کنترل قبل و بعد از مداخله تغییر چندانی نداشت (0/05<P)، اما در گروه آزمون تعداد افراد مرحله پیش تفکر از 23/5 % قبل از مداخله به 14/7 % بعد از مداخله کاهش یافت، با این حال در مراحل عمل و نگهداری تغییری وجود نداشت. همچنین نتایج تفاوت معنیداری در نمره خودکارآمدی بین گروه آزمون و کنترل نشان داد (0/05>P).
نتیجهگیری: این مطالعه بر میزان خودکارآمدی و تغییر رفتار افراد مراحل قبل از عمل موثر بود؛ اما بر مراحل بالاتر از عمل تاثیر چندانی نداشت. بنابراین طراحی برنامههای با سایر الگوها و مدت زمان بیشتر جهت این افراد توصیه میشود.
