کاربردهای انفورماتیک بهداشت عمومی: یک مطالعه مروری

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: مراقبت محور اصلی فعالیتهای حوزه بهداشت عمومی میباشد. در این حوزه، زیر شاخه جدیدی از علوم تحت عنوان انفورماتیک بهداشت عمومی معرفی شده تا با بهرهگیری از انواع فناوریهای اطلاعات، کارایی و اثربخشی را در این حوزه افزایش دهد. هدف از این مطالعه، مروری بر انفورماتیک بهداشت عمومی و کاربردهای آن بود.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه به روش مرور روایتی انجام شد. کلیدواژهها عبارت بودند از Health surveillance، Public health informatics، Surveillance systems و Registry که برای یافتن مقالات مرتبط در پایگاههای داده متفاوت مانند PubMed، Scopus و موتور جستجوی Google Scholar استفاده شدند. در نهایت مقالات مرتبط استخراج و یافتههای آنها به شیوه روایتی ارائه گردید.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که می توان از انفورماتیک بهداشت عمومی برای پایش و مراقبت فعال، حمایت از تصمیمگیری موثر، اقدامات پیشگیرانه، ارتقای سلامت، پیشگیری از بیماریها و بهبود سلامت جمعیت استفاده کرد. همچنین، انفورماتیک بهداشت عمومی در طیف گستردهای از زمینههای بهداشت عمومی مانند مراقبتهای اولیه، پیشگیری از بیماری، کنترل بیماری، آموزش سلامت و غیره کاربرد دارد. برخی از فناوری های کاربردی در حوزه انفورماتیک بهداشت عمومی نیز عبارتند از پرونده الکترونیک سلامت، سلامت از راه دور و تشخیص در بالین بیمار.
نتیجهگیری: انفورماتیک بهداشت عمومی حوزهای در حال تحول است که در آن کاربرد فناوریها به طور مداوم تغییر میکند تا نیازهای جامعه را برآورده نماید. به نظر میرسد به کارگیری این علم در ارتقای وضعیت بهداشت عمومی نقش چشمگیری داشته باشد و باید بیش از پیش مورد توجه بخش سلامت قرار گیرد.
