بررسی کاربردیبودن برنامه آموزشی کارشناسی بهداشت عمومی از دیدگاه کارشناسان بهداشتی شاغل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: منابع انساني، مهمترين منابع نظامهاي سلامت براي تحقق پوشش همگاني سلامت هستند. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی کاربردیبودن برنامه آموزشی کارشناسی بهداشت عمومی از دیدگاه کارشناسان بهداشتی بود.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی، 296 نفر از کارشناسان بهداشت عمومی شاغل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان به روش در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها شامل مشخصات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامههای روا و پایا شده شرح وظايف شغلي، تعیین تناسب اهداف برنامههاي آموزشي با نيازهاي حرفهاي، تعیین عناصر مؤثر بر كيفيت برنامهها و نيازهاي آموزشي بود. اطلاعات جمعآوری شده با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS-23 و با استفاده از روشهای آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار برای دادههای کمی و تعداد و درصد برای دادههای کیفی) تحلیل شد. رعایت ملاحظات اخلاقی در تمام مراحل اجرای مطالعه درنظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: از دیدگاه کارشناسان، كاربرد دروس تئوري در عملکرد حرفهاي، 48/3% متوسط و كاربرد دروس كارآموزي در عملکرد حرفهاي، 42/6% زیاد ارزیابی شد. 93/9% از کارشناسان، اهمیت عامل "اساتيد و مربيان مجرب" بر کیفیت برنامههای آموزشی را خیلی زیاد و زیاد ارزیابی کردند. دروس بیوفیزیک، بیوشیمی و اصول و مبانی جامعهشناسی، کمکاربردترین و دروس مصونسازی فعال و انفعالی، برنامه ملی مبارزه با بیماریهای غیرواگیر و برنامه ملی مبارزه با بیماریهای واگیر پرکاربردترین از دیدگاه کارشناسان بود.
نتیجهگیری: براي ارتقاي كيفيت آموزشي، كاهش واحدهاي كمكاربرد و افزايش واحدهاي پركاربرد، ضروري است. تاكيد بيشتر بر مهارتهاي عملي و توجه ويژه بر كارآموزي در عرصه ميتواند منجر به تربيت فارغالتحصيلان با كيفيت و متناسب با نیاز جامعه گردد.
