چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: ایده نوظهور سبک زندگی تحصیلی سلامت محور که رایجترین شاخصهای رفتاری در مواجهه با چالشهای تحصیلی را نشان میدهد، اخیراً در مرکز پژوهشهاي روانشناسان سلامت قرارگرفته است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و آزمون مدلی مرتبط با پیشایندها و پیامدهای استرس کرونا بر اساس سبک زندگی تحصیلی سلامت محور در دانشآموزان، اجرا شد.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازلحاظ روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کليه دانشآموزان پسر پایه دهم شهرستان اسلامآباد غرب در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 شامل 888 نفر بود که از آن میان، تعداد 268 نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای استرس کرونا رفتارهای سبک زندگی تحصیلی ارتقاءدهنده و بازدارنده سلامت تحصیلی استفاده شد.تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری با روش حداقل مربعات جزئی، Smart-PLS3.3 و نرمافزار SPSS27صورت گرفت. رعایت ملاحظات اخلاقی در تمام مراحل اجرای مطالعه درنظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که خوشبینی تحصیلی، مشغولیت تحصیلی و تاب آوری تحصیلی اثر معنیداری بر استرس کرونا در دانش آموزان دارند و استرس کرونا نیز پیامد معنیداری بر درماندگی آموخته شده، اهمالکاری تحصیلی و اجتناب از تلاش در دانش آموزان دارد.
نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش، پيشنهاد ميشود كه رفتارهاي تسهيلكننده سبك زندگي تحصيلي سلامت محور در موقعيتهاي بحراني جهت حفظ رغبت و عملكرد مطلوب تحصيلي دانشآموزان مورد توجه واقع شود.
