بررسی الگوی مصرف شوینده های خانگی و مواد آرایشی و بهداشتی در استان مازندران

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: مواجهه بیش از حد با مواد شوینده خانگی و لوازم آرایشی میتواند اثرات نامطلوبی بر سلامت انسان و محیط زیست داشته باشد. شناخت الگوی مصرف این قبیل محصولات در ارزیابی اثرات بهداشتی و در نهایت کنترل پیامدهای ناشی از استفاده نامناسب و بیرویه از آنها اهمیت زیادی دارد.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه توصیفی با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد شده، الگوی مصرف شویندههای خانگی و مواد آرایشی و بهداشتی مشتمل بر15 محصول شوینده و پاک کننده خانگی،6 محصول لباسشویی و22 محصول مراقبت شخصی در میان جمعیت استان مازندران (384=N ؛ سنین >18) در سال 1400 به منظور ارزیابی نحوه استفاده مصرف کنندگان بررسی شد. نتایج با استفاده ازSPSS نسخه 24 و اکسل آنالیز شدند. در تمام مراحل این مطالعه، ملاحضات اخلاقی مد نظر قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که 94% جامعه آماری طی 3 ماه گذشته از محصولات شوینده و آرایشی و بهداشتی استفاده کردهاند. 35% از استفاده کنندگان مورد بررسی از پاک کنندهها در غیر از محل مناسب برای محصول استفاده میکنند. 48% مصرف کنندگان مدت زمان شستشوی دستها را پس از استفاده از شویندهها و لوازم آرایشی و بهداشتی رعایت نمیکنند. به طور متوسط 35% افراد مورد مطالعه حداقل روزانه یک بار هر یک از بخشهای خانه خود را با محصولات پاککننده تمیز کردهاند.
نتیجهگیری: لزوم گسترش دانش در مورد الگوهای صحیح مصرف شویندههای خانگی و مواد آرایشی و بهداشتی و ارزیابی خطرات احتمالی محصولات مراقبت شخصی، پاک کنندهها و شویندهها برای سلامتی انسان در استان مازندران ضروری است.
