بررسی ارتباط سواد سلامت با تأثیر مداخله آموزشی بر مصرف صبحانه در دانشآموزان دختر دبیرستانی شهر یاسوج

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: صبحانه نقش مهمی در حفظ سلامت نوجوانان دارد. سواد سلامت یکی از بزرگترین تعیینکنندههای امر سلامت است و همواره در مسیر بین آموزش و بهداشت قرار دارد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط سواد سلامت با تأثیر مداخله آموزشی بر مصرف صبحانه در دانشآموزان انجام گردید.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی روی ۴۴۰ دانشآموز باسواد سلامت بالا و پایین با رعایت معیارهای اخلاقی (تأیید کمیته اخلاق دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی، مجوز مقامات وزارت آموزش و پرورش و رضایت کتبی شرکت کنندگان) انجام شد. شش مدرسه که از نظر شرایط اجتماعی و اقتصادی یکسان بودند و از نظر موقعیت مکانی در همسایگی هم نبودند، انتخاب شد. بعد از سنجیدن سواد سلامت با پرسشنامه HELMA، به صورت تصادفی سه مدرسه زیر گروه مداخله و سه مدرسه زیرگروه کنترل (زیرگروه سواد سلامت بالا-مداخله، سواد سلامت بالا-کنترل، سواد سلامت پایین-مداخله، سواد سلامت پایین- کنترل) در نظر گرفته شد. پرسشنامه TPB مصرف صبحانه قبل و بلافاصله و دو ماه بعد از مداخله آموزشی بین چهار زیرگروه توزیع شد. مداخله آموزشی با روش سخنرانی، بحث گروهی، پرسش و پاسخ انجام گردید.
یافتهها: میانگین نمره سازههای TPB در زیرگروههای مداخله نسبت به زیرگروههای کنترل بعد از مداخله افزایش قابلتوجهی یافته است به طوریکه این نسبت معنیدار بوده است. میزان اثر مداخله آموزشی در زیرگروه مداخله باسواد سلامت بالا بیشتر از زیرگروه مداخله باسواد سلامت پایین بوده است.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که مداخله آموزشی در افراد باسواد سلامت بالا نسبت به افراد باسواد سلامت پایین دارای اثربخشی بیشتری میباشد.
