مقایسه ی اختلال خواب، رضایت جنسی و ترس از کووید-19 در پرستاران شاغل در بخش های کووید و غیر کووید بیمارستان های شهر تهران

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: با توجه به اثرات همهگیری کووید-19 (COVID-19)بر سلامت روان کارکنان خط اول درمان به ویژه پرستاران، هدف ما در این مطالعه مقایسه ترس از کووید-19، میزان اختلال خواب و رضایت جنسی پرستاران شاغل در بخشهای بستری بیماران کووید با پرستاران بخشهای بدون بستری این بیماران بود.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه مقایسهای، پرسشنامههای اختلال خواب پیتزبورگ، رضایت جنسی لارسون و ترس از کووید-19، توسط 160 نفر از پرستاران مشغول در شش بیمارستان شهر تهران (80 پرستار بخشهای کووید-19 و 80 پرستار بخشهای غیر کووید-19) تکمیل شدند. دادهها پس از ورود به نرم افزار SPSS.v25، به کمک آزمونهای کای دو، تی مستقل، من ویتنی و همبستگی پیرسون آنالیز شدند. اخلاق در پژوهش و محرمانه بودن اطلاعات رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: در میان پرستاران شاغل در بخش کووید و غیرکووید به ترتیب، 8/83% و 3/76% دارای اختلال خواب بودند. از میان مجموع 79 شرکت کننده متاهل در دو گروه، به ترتیب 1/88% و 6/94% رضایت جنسی بالا گزارش کردند. میانگین نمره ترس از کووید-19 در دو گروه پرستاران بخش کووید و غیرکووید به ترتیب 91/5 ±01/20 و 29/6 ±55/19 بود. میان میانگین نمرات اختلال خواب، رضایت جنسی و ترس از کووید-19 در دو گروه اختلاف معنیداری مشاهده نشد(05/0p>).
نتیجهگیری: عدم وجود تفاوت معنادار در بین دو گروه نشان میدهد که هر دو گروه پرستاران در خطر بالای اختلالات خواب و ترس از کووید-19 هستند. براساس این یافتهها، مداخله به موقع برای بهبود سلامت روان پرستاران و پیشگیری از بروز اختلال عملکرد آنان در دوران پاندمی ضروری است.
