بررسی میزان آمادگی سازمانی پرستاران در برخورد با حملات بیوتروریستی شهرستان بافت سال 1399

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: بیوترویسم بهعنوان یک مشکل جهانی مطرح بوده و تهدید آن روزانه در حال افزایش میباشد پرستاران در هنگام وقوع اینگونه رخدادها نقش مهمی در مدیریت قربانیان دارند. بدین منظور این مطالعه جهت بررسی آمادگی سازمانی پرستاران در برخورد با حملات بیوتروریستی انجام گرفت.
موارد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی بوده که به صورت تمام شماری، در بین 90 پرستار شاغل در بیمارستان در سال 1399 انجام گرفت. ابزار کار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در پنج بخش؛ سنجش دموگرافیک، آگاهی، نگرش، عملکرد و آمادگی سازمانی بود. روایی پرسشنامه توسط اساتید هیئتعلمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی و پایایی آن توسط آزمون آلفای کرونباخ در چهار حیطه آگاهی، نگرش، عملکرد و آمادگی سازمانی، تأیید و از نرمافزار SPSS ورژن 21 جهت تحلیل استفاده شد. ملاحظات اخلاقی در تمام مراحل اجرای مطالعه رعایت شد.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که میزان آگاهی مطلوب بیوتروریستی در بین مشارکتکنندگان 1/51 درصد بود (بیشترین سهم مربوط به حیطه مقابله بیوتروریستی 7/56%)، و اکثر پرستاران (2/62%) نگرش خوب و عالی در برخورد با حملات بیوتروریستی داشتند (بیشترین سهم مربوطه به حیطه عاطفی 7/67%) و در بخش عملکرد، 4/94% عملکرد خوبی را گزارش کردند همچنین 4/64% از پرستاران بستر لازم در مقابله با حملات بیوتروریستی را مناسب گزارش نمودند. بین میزان عملکرد با سطح تحصیلات (038/0=P) رابطه معنادار آماری مشاهده شد.
نتیجهگیری: یافتههای مطالعه بیانگر میزان آگاهی متوسط پرستاران در برخورد با حملات بیوتروریستی بود که لازمه توجه و برنامهریزی بهتر و مناسبتر مدیران سلامت در جهت ارتقاء میزان آگاهی پرستاران در برخورد با بحرانهای بیوتروریستی میباشد.
