بررسی دانش و عملکرد ایرانیان در پیشگیری از کووید-19 در سال 1399

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: پاندمی کووید-19 ششمین عامل اضطرار بهداشت عمومی در جهان میباشد. رعایت بهداشت فردی و فاصلهگذاری اجتماعی در این برهه از زمان از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است. مطالعهی حاضر با هدف بررسی دانش و عملکرد افراد حاضر در مطالعه در پیشگیری ازکووید-19 در سال 1399 انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعهی توصیفی – مقطعی، پرسشنامهی الکترونیکی آنلاین چند مرحلهای طراحی و با تایید روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه توسط متخصصین بهداشت و آزمون آلفای کرونباخ، از30 تیر1399 به مدت یک هفته از طریق شبکههای اجتماعی توسط 660 نفر از داوطلبان تکمیل شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون آماری تی مستقل و آنالیز آنوا استفاده شد. اخلاق در پژوهش و محرمانه بودن پاسخ ها در صفحه ی اول پرسشنامه آورده شد.
یافته ها: میانگین سطح دانش و عملکرد افراد شرکت کننده در حد متوسط و به ترتیب 64/66 و89/54 درصد بوده است. میزان اعتماد به رسانههای اجتماعی از جمله رادیو و تلویزیون داخلی، سایت وزارت بهداشت و شبکههای اجتماعی به ترتیب 9/67، 3/63 و 54/84 درصد بوده است. بین دانش افراد خانهدار و شاغل دولتی (05/0>p-value)، گروه سنی 50-41 سال با40-31 سال (05/0<p-value) و بین عملکرد افراد سالم ومبتلا، مراجعه کنندگان به مراکز درمانی وافرادیکه مراجعه نداشتند (05/0>p-value) اختلاف معنادار وجود داشت.
نتیجه دگیری: در مطالعهی حاضر افراد مختلف جامعه دانش و عملکرد متوسطی برای پیشگیری از کووید-19 دارند. تداوم و افزایش رعایت پروتکلهای بهداشتی ارایه شده توسط سازمان جهانی بهداشت و وزارت بهداشت نظیر رعایت فاصله گذاری اجتماعی، شستشو و ضدعفونی دست و استفاده از ماسک از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است.
