بررسی اثربخشی تمرینات آرامسازی عضلانی در کاهش استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی سالمندان مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو تحت پوشش مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت حاشیه شهر اصفهان در سال 1398

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: دیابت از شایعترین بیماریهای متابولیک و مزمن در سالمندان است که از مهمترین عوارض ناشی از آن بیماریهای روانی از جمله استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی هست. برخی مداخلات غیردارویی مانند تمرینات آرامسازی عضلانی منجر به کاهش این عوامل میشود. پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین اثربخشی تمرینات آرامسازی عضلانی در کاهش استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی در سالمندان مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو انجام گرفت.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی بهصورت پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با دو گروه آزمون و کنترل در مراکز حاشیه شهر اصفهان در سال 98 به روش مصاحبه حضوری انجام گرفت. 94 نفر سالمند سن 60 سال و بالاتر مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو که با توجه به پاسخگویی به پرسشنامه DASS-21 دارای استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی در محدوده خفیف تا متوسط بودند، وارد مطالعه و بهصورت تصادفی ساده به دو گروه آزمون و شاهد تقسیم شدند. در گروه مداخله تمرینات آرامسازی به مدت 6 هفته و 2 بار در روز توسط سالمندان در منزل انجام گردید.دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار Stata14 و آزمونهای آماری کای اسکوئر و تیتست تجزیه و تحلیل شد. تمامی مراحل مطالعه حاضر طبق موازین اخلاقی اجرا شد.
یافتهها: در مرحله پسآزمون نمره استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی در گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش یافته و نتایج نشان داد، مداخله آموزشی بر هر سه متغیر تأثیر معناداری داشته است.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد، آموزش آرامسازی عضلانی بهعنوان یک روش مؤثر، راحت و کم هزینه در بهبود و پیشگیری از مشکلات روانشناختی سالمندان مبتلا به دیابت توصیه میگردد.
