بررسی رخداد سقوط و برخی عوامل فردی مرتبط با آن در سالمندان مراجعه کننده به پایگاههای سلامت تحت پوشش شبکه بهداشت و درمان شهرستان ری در سال 1396

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: سقوط در سالمندان، مشکلی شایع و جدی است. حدود یک سوم سالمندان، سالانه سقوط دارند. عوارض ناشی از سقوط شامل بستری شدن، درد طولانی، ناتوانی و مرگ و میر است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رخداد سقوط و برخی عوامل فردی مرتبط با آن در سالمندان مراجعه کننده به پایگاههای سلامت تحت پوشش شبکه بهداشت و درمان شهرستان ری انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 368 سالمند 60 سال و بیشتر مراجعه کننده به پایگاههای سلامت انجام شد. نمونه گیری چند مرحلهای بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه شامل اطلاعات دموگرافيك، سوالات مشخصات وقوع سقوط در یکسال گذشته و برخی عوامل فردی مرتبط با سقوط بود و از طریق مصاحبه تکمیل شد. جهت بررسی تعادل، تست استاندارد تعادل انجام شد. دادهها با استفاده از SPSS نسخه 16 تجزيه و تحليل گردید. تمام مراحل مطالعه با رعایت موازین اخلاقی پژوهش انجام گردید.
یافتهها: زنان 62/8 درصد و مردان 37/2 درصد از نمونهها را با میانگین سنی 6/6±68/41تشکیل میدادند. با آزمون رگرسیون لجستیک تک متغیره مشخص گردید، سن، جنس، تاهل، سواد، افت فشار خون وضعیتی، اختلال تعادل، بیاختیاری ادرار، اختلال بینایی، سابقه سکته قلبی، اختلال خواب با سقوط سالمندان ارتباط معناداری داشتند (p<0.05).
نتیجهگیری: در این مطالعه از هر چهار سالمند مراجعه کننده به پایگاههای سلامت شبکه بهداشت و درمان ری، نزدیک به یک نفر در سال سقوط داشتند. به منظور کاهش و پیشگیری از سقوط، سالمندان با عوامل خطر فردی باید شناسایی شده و آموزشهای لازم به آنها داده شود.
