مدل ساختاری رابطه سرمایه های تحولی، امید به تحصیل با بهزیستی تحصیلی، بازداری رفتاری با میانجیگیری پایستگی تحصیلی در دانش آموزان داوطلب ورود به دانشگاه ها

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بهزیستی تحصیلی و بازداری رفتاری تحصیلی می تواند موجب ارتقای تحصیلی دانش آموزان شود و عوامل مختلفی می توانند بر این دو متغیر تأثیر بگذارند. هدف این تحقیق تعیین رابطه سرمایه های تحولی و امید به تحصیل با بهزیستی تحصیلی و بازداری رفتاری با نقش میانجی پایستگی تحصیلی در دانش آموزان داوطلب ورود به دانشگاه بود.
روش و مواد: روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه دانش آموزان دختر و پسر داوطلب ورود به دانشگاه در ناحیه یک رشت در سال 1398 به تعداد 1560 نفر می باشد. تعداد نمونه 500 نفر تعیین شد. نمونه گیری به شیوه تصادفی خوشه ای انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل 7 مقیاس: پرسشنامه سرمایه های تحولی، مقیاس پایستگی تحصیلی، مقیاس امید به تحصیل، مقیاس بهزیستی تحصیلی و مقیاس بازداری رفتاری بود. براي تجزیه و تحليل داده های پژوهش از الگویابی معادلات ساختاری با بکارگیری نرم افزارهای SPSS-22 و AMOS-22 استفاده شده است.
یافته ها: میانگین (انحراف معیار) سن دانش آموزان پسر، (4/6) 4/17 و دانش آموزان دختر (5/6) 8/17 سال بود. با افزایش سرمایه تحولی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (4/0) 5/3 و امید به تحصیل با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (4/0) 5/3، میزان پایستگی تحصیلی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (6/0) 6/3، بهزیستی تحصیلی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (4/0) 5/3 و بازداری رفتاری با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (5/0) 6/3 افزایش یافت. پایستگی تحصیلی نقش واسطه ای در رابطه بین سرمایه تحولی و امید به تحصیل با بهزیستی تحصیلی و بازداری رفتاری دارد (01/0>P).
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد با افزایش سرمایه تحولی و امید به تحصیل، میزان پایستگی تحصیلی، بهزیستی تحصیلی و بازداری رفتاری افزایش یافت. پایستگی تحصیلی در رابطه بین سرمایه تحولی و امید به تحصیل با بهزیستی تحصیلی و بازداری رفتاری نقش واسطه ای داشت، به این صورت که با اثر مستقیم سرمایه تحولی و امید به تحصیل بر پایستگی تحصیلی، بهزیستی تحصیلی و بازداری رفتاری افزایش یافت.
