رابطه بین مشارکت در فعالیت های ورزشی و اعتیاد به اینترنت در دانشجویان دانشگاههای شهرکرد

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اعتياد به اينترنت در ميان جوانان و به خصوص دانشجویان به يک مشکل عمده اجتماعي تبديل شده است. به نظر می رسد با توجه به اثرات اجتماعی و روانشناختی مشارکت در فعالیت های ورزشی بتوان از اثرات زیان بار اعتیاد به اینترنت کاست. هدف این پژوهش تعیین رابطه بین میزان مشارکت ورزشی و اعتیاد به اینترنت در دانشجویان دانشگاههای شهرکرد بود.
روش و مواد: روش تحقیق همبستگی و از نوع کاربردی بود که به صورت میدانی اجرا شد. جامعه آماری آن دانشجویان دانشگاههای شهرکرد در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 بودند. از این میان 379 نفر به صورت تصادفی و سهمیه ای انتخاب و به صورت داوطلبانه در تحقیق مشارکت کردند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته میزان مشارکت در فعالیت های ورزشی دانشجویان برحسب میزان دقیقه در هفته و پرسشنامه اعتیاد به اینترنت Young جمع آوری شد و با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-23 و روش آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: در این مطالعه، 188 (6/49%) نفر از شرکت کنندگان مرد و 191 (4/50%) نفر زن بودند. با افزایش مشارکت ورزشی با میانگین (انحراف معیار) (3/8) 3/105 میزان اعتیاد به اینترنت (8/0) 2/2 درمیان دانشجویان کاهش یافت (05/0>P). همچنین متغیر مشارکت ورزشی اعتیاد به اینترنت را پیش بینی می کند، به این ترتیب که با افزایش یک واحد در نمره متغیر مشارکت ورزشی، اعتیاد به اینترنت 33/0 واحد کاهش می یابد.
نتیجه گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که با افزایش مشارکت در فعالیتهای ورزشی میزان اعتیاد به اینترنت دانشجویان دانشگاه های شهرکرد کاهش یافت.
