بررسی وضعیت و علل مصرف تنقلات کم ارزش در ایران و پیشنهاد مداخلات برای کاهش مصرف

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: مصرف تنقلات کم ارزش در ایران به طور نگران کننده ای رو به افزايش است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین وضعیت و علل مصرف تنقلات کم ارزش در ایران و پیشنهاد مداخلات برای کاهش مصرف انجام شد.
روش و مواد: در این مطالعه کیفی، ابتدا مستندات معتبر با جستجو در بانک های اطلاعاتی و با استفاده از کلید واژه های مرتبط با موضوع جمع آوری و نکات کلیدی آنها وارد چک لیست شده و پس از شناسایی و اولویت بندی ذینفعان از طریق تحلیل، در غالب یک پرسشنامه در اختیار ذینفعان قرار گرفت. روش کار کیفی به صورت دلفی بود. به این صورت که پرسشنامه ها به صورت ایمیل برای ذینفعان فرستاده شده و از آنها برای انتخاب و اولویت بندی مشکلات و مداخلات لازمه سوال شده و بعد از سه راند اجماع حاصل شد.
یافته ها: مطالعه نشان داد که متوسط مصرف تنقلات کم ارزش درخانورهای ایرانی به ویژه در کودکان و نوجوانان بالا بود و مهم ترین عوامل افزایش مصرف شامل دسترسي وسيع، قیمت پایین، تأثیر رسانه ها، ترجيح مزه، تنوع و جذاب بودن، الگو پذیری از همسالان، آگاهي ناكافی و تغییر شیوه زندگی بود. مداخلات پیشنهاد شده توسط ذینفعان شامل خلق محيط حمايتي ازجمله مداخلات آموزشي، افزايش دسترسي به تنقلات سالم وکنترل تبليغات مواد غذايي در رسانه ها و اعمال تغییرات اساسی در اولویت گذاری حمایت های وزارت صنعت و معدن به سمت صنایع تولید کننده میان وعده های سالم بود.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته ها، درراستاي سياست گذاري عمومي، ارائه نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه به صورت یک برگه حمایتی به سیاستگذاران حوزه بهداشتی، ادغام دربرنامه های عملیاتی وزارت بهداشت و آموزش و پرورش، رسانه ای نمودن آنها و برگزاری جلسه جلب حمایت باتولید کنندگان غذاهای جایگزین پیشنهاد می گردد.
