Abstract
Background and Aim: With the spread of unethical behaviors and events, the adoption of humble leadership by managers can play an important role in the effective management of organizations and reducing unethical behaviors. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of providing a model of humble leadership for managers.
Methods: This research was conducted in terms of practical purpose, with a qualitative approach and using the seven-step hybrid method of Sandelovski and Baros (2007). The statistical population studied included all Persian and English studies published in the field of humble leadership for managers between 2000 and 2023. In this regard, key words related to the purpose of the research were searched and the articles and documents obtained using the purposeful sampling method, finally 50 articles that met the inclusion criteria, using the three-stage coding method (open, central, selective) were analyzed through Maxqda 2020 software. The reliability of the codings was confirmed using the Kappa coefficient of agreement with a value of 0.92 and to check the validity of the research, the findings were provided to 4 qualitative research experts.
Ethical Considerations: Throughout all stages of the present research, ethical aspects including the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed.
Results: Based on the results of data analysis, 90 open codes were identified, which were categorized into 20 concepts and 4 categories.
Conclusion: According to the studies, it can be concluded that the existence of humble leadership by managers can lead to the growth and effectiveness of the manager, his followers and the organization.
