بررسی کاربرد محصولات زنبورعسل در پیشگیری و درمان افسردگی زنان (مطالعه مروری)

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: افسردگی یک حالت خلقی شامل بیحوصلگی و گریز از فعالیت، بیعلاقگی و بیمیلی است و میتواند برروی افکار، رفتار، احساسات، خوشی و تندرستی یک فرد تأثیر بگذارد. افرادی که دارای حالت افسردگی هستند میتوانند به احساس ناراحتی، اضطراب، پوچی، ناامیدی، درماندگی، بیارزشی، شرمساری یا بیقراری دچار شوند. همچنین ممکن است افراد افسرده اشتیاق خود در انجام فعالیت هایی که زمانی برایشان لذتبخش بوده را از دست دهند؛ در به خاطر سپردن جزئیات و تصمیمگیری دچار مشکل شده، در روابط خود به مشکل برخورد و به خودکشی یا رفتارهایی از این دست فکر کنند. از طرف دیگر غم یکی از اعراض نفسانی مهم بوده و در طب سنتی، حرکت تدریجی روح به داخل توصیف شده که یکی از معیارهای اصلی افسردگی میباشد.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه که یک بررسی کتابخانهای و مروری میباشد، به بررسی روش های پیشگیری از افسردگی بر اساس اصول سلامتی (حفظ الصحه) ذکر شده در طب سنتی ایران و منابع علمی خارجی با استفاده از محصولات زنبورعسل شامل عسل و ژل رویال زنبورعسل پرداخته شده است.
یافتهها: از دیرباز در نسخه های طب سنتی ایران و همچنین اکثر ادیان و فرهنگ های ملل، محصولات زنبورعسل نقش مهمی در پیشگیری یا درمان بیماریهای روانی و فکری داشتهاند. عسل برای گرم کردن ذهن و رفع افسردگی، ژل رویال یا انگبین شاهانه برای رفع بیحوصلگیهای پیش از قاعدگی و گرده گل برای رفع کم حافظگی ناشی از افسردگی مورد استفاده قرار میگرفته اند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: از ابتدا تا انتهای مقاله اصل صداقت، و امانتداری رعایت گردیده است.
نتیجهگیری: مجموعه منابع طب سنتی و طب مدرن تأیید میکند که فراوردههای زنبورعسل نظیر عسل و ژل رویال هم از لحاظ فیزیولوژیک و هم طبع و مزاجی، توانایی کاهش عوارض افسردگی در زنان را دارد.
