رابطه بین کیفیت زندگی کاری و تمایل به ترک شغل در کارکنان بیمارستانی: یک مطالعه موردی

چکیده
زمينه و هدف: ترک شغل کارکنان یکی از مسائل مهم مدیریتی در بخش بهداشت و درمان طی سالهای اخیر میباشد و مدیران بخش سلامت میتوانند با استفاده از کیفیت زندگی کاری، از ترک شغل و جابجاییهای شغلی جلوگیری کنند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رابطه بین کیفیت زندگی کاری و تمایل به ترک شغل در بین کارکنان یکی از بیمارستانهای مرجع تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1393 انجام شد. جامعه مورد پژوهش کلیه کارکنان بیمارستان آموزشی درمانی مورد نظر بودند که نمونهای به تعداد 126 نفر از کارکنان به صورت طبقهای- تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون شامل 32 سوال در 8 بُعد و پرسشنامه تمایل به ترک شغل با 3 سوال استفاده شد. تحلیل یافتهها با استفاده از روشهای آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی و رگرسیون چند متغیره انجام شد.
يافتهها: بین کیفیت زندگی کاری و تمایل به ترک شغل یک رابطه معکوس معنیدار وجود داشت و دو بعد قانون گرایی و یکپارچگی و انسجام اجتماعی پیش بینی کننده تمایل کارکنان به ترک شغل بودند.
نتيجه گيري: جهت ماندگاری و حفظ نیروی کار مجرب و ماهر، مدیریت بیمارستان باید حمایتهای مدیریتی و بهبود سرپرستی، رعایت عدالت و انصاف در سازمان، تلاش برای ایجاد نظام پرداخت منصفانه، سازگاری و تعادل بین کار و سایر جنبههای زندگی را در برنامههای بهبود کیفیت زندگی کاری برای کارکنان در اولویت قرار دهد.
