بررسی ارتباط بین مولفههای ارتقاء دهنده سلامت با خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در دانشجویان: یک مطالعه مقطعی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اهواز

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: یکی از عوامل موثر در پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان خودکارآمدی تحصیلی است که برخواسته از تاثیر عوامل متفاوتی است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین مولفههای ارتقاء دهنده سلامت با خودکارآمدی تحصیلی در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اهواز انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر به روش میدانی در سال 1401 انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل 1790 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اهواز بوده که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی، تعداد نمونه آماری 317 نفر تعیین شد. جهت جمـعآوري دادهها از سه پرسشنامه (استرس، تغذیه، مسئولیتپذیری در قبال سلامت روان و بهداشت عمومی) استفاده شد. آزمونهای مورد استفاده شامل همبستگی اسپیرمن و رگرسیون بود. ملاحظات اخلاقی در تمام مراحل اجرای مطالعه درنظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که مولفه استرس (با متغیر رده سنی 22 تا 25 و 59% جنسیت زن) با همبستگی معکوس و معناداری و با ضریب بتای 0/645 بیشترین اثر را بر خودکارآمدی تحصیلی داشته است. اثر سه متغیر تغذيـه (0/638)، مسئوليتپذيري در قبال سلامت (0/564)، بهداشت عمومی (0/615) با خودکارآمدی تحصیلی نیز همبستگی مثبت و معناداری بوده است. در مجموع نتايج حاصـل از رگرسيون نشان داد كه به طور معنيدار مولفـههـاي ارتقاء دهنده سلامت قادر به پيشبيني 58 درصد از واريانس خودكارآمدي تحصيلي در دانشجويان ميباشند.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد كه بين خودكارآمدي تحصيلي و مولفههاي ارتقاء دهنده سلامت (استرس، تغذیه، بهداشت عمومی و مسئولیتپذیری در قبال سلامت روان) ارتباط معنيدار و مثبـتی وجـود دارد. بدان معنا که وجـود مولفههاي ارتقاء دهنـده سـلامت در دانشـجويان باعث افـزايش باورهـاي خودكارآمـدي در آنهـا مـيشـود.
