دانش، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران نسبت به پيشگيري از آسيبهای ناشي از اجسام تيز و برنده در دوران همهگیری کووید 19: یک مطالعه پیمایشی

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: آسيبهاي ناشي از اجسام تيز و برنده بخصوص در دوران همهگیری کووید-19 سلامت پرستاران را تهديد کرد. اين مطالعه به منظور بررسي دانش، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران شاغل در بيمارستان شهيد مصطفي خميني ايلام در خصوص آسيبهاي ناشي از اجسام تيز و برنده در سال 1399 انجام گرفت.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه توصيفي تحليلي بر روی 157 پرستار شاغل در بيمارستان شهيد مصطفي خميني ايلام که به روش سرشماري انتخاب شدند، انجام گرفت. ابزار جمع آوري دادهها، پرسشنامه محقق ساختهاي شامل 54 سوال بود. روایی محتوائی پرسشنامه به دو روش کیفی (نظرات متخصصان) و کمی (54/0< CVR) و پایایی آن با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ (دانش 74/0، نگرش 78/0 و عملکرد 71/0) بررسی و تایید گردید. تحليل دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS19 توسط آزمونهاي آماري تي مستقل، تحليل واريانس يکطرفه و رگرسيون خطي در سطح معنيداري 05/0 انجام گرفت. ملاحضات اخلاقی در تمام مراحل انجام مطالعه رعایت شد.
یافتهها: در این مطالعه ميانگين و انحرافمعيار دانش، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران به ترتيب؛ (94/1±)41/6، (09/6±)76/31 و (50/6±) 85/18 بدست آمد. دانش افراد برحسب سن، مدت اشتغال، وضعيت استخدام، سابقه واکسيناسيون، آموزشهاي قبلي و محل خدمت، نگرش برحسب محل خدمت و عملکرد برحسب مدت اشتغال، بخش محل خدمت، و مدرک تحصيلي متفاوت بود (05/0P<).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به ضعيف بودن دانش، نگرش و عملکرد پرستاران مورد مطالعه نسبت به آسيبهاي ناشي از اجسام تيز و برنده، طرحريزي و اجراي مداخلات در اين زمينه الزامی است. ارائه مستمر آموزش به پرستاران، الزام به واکسيناسيون هپاتيت ب، برقراري يک نظام گزارشدهي دقيق و بهبود شرايط ارگونوميک محيط کار مورد تاکید است.
