بررسی بررسی ارتباط استفاده از سيستم آنلاین اطلاعات سلامت با بهبود كيفيت خدمات درماني و تعهد کارکنان به دستورالعملهای پزشکی در بيمارستان امام خمینی (ره) شهر تهران

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: اجرای طرح سیستم پزشکی آنلاین در کشور، مراکز درمانی را ملزم به رعایت حقوق بیماران و رضایتمندی آنها میسازد. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر ارتباط جستجوی آنلاین اطلاعات سلامت با بهبود خدمات به بیماران و تعهد کارکنان به دستورالعملهای پزشکی طی مراحل مختلف درمانی است.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات توصیفی و کاربردی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل بیماران بستری و کارکنان شاغل در بخشهای مختلف بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) تهران میباشند که تعداد آنها 297 نفر برآورد گردیده است. طبق فرمول کوکران، نمونه 170 نفری از بین آنها انتخاب شدند و با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد با ضریب پایایی آلفای کرونباخ بیشتر از 7/0 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. جهت تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار SPSS20 در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. در تمامی مراحل ملاحظات اخلاقی مدنظر قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: تجزیه و تحلیل فرضیهها با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که جستجوی اطلاعات آنلاین قبل از شروع دوره درمان، ماهیت تعاملات در طول دوره درمان و ارتقا توانمندیهای ارائه دهنده خدمات بر بهبود ارتباط پزشک و بیمار از طریق هماهنگ شدن پزشک و بیمار، کیفیت ارتباط پرستار و بیمار نقش چشمگیری در عمل به دستورالعملهای پزشک توسط بیمار دارد.
نتیجهگیری: براساس نتایج تحقیق پیشنهاد میشود که در راستای استفاده اقشار مختلف جامعه از مزایای سیستم پزشکی آنلاین، امکانات و زیرساختهای کافی جهت استفاده از اینترنت و فناوری اطلاعات در اختیار عموم جامعه قرار گیرد.
