ارتباط سواد سلامت با نگرش و رفتار مصرف صبحانه در دانشآموزان دختر دورهی دوم متوسطه شهر یاسوج: یک مطالعه مقطعی

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: طی دوران نوجوانی، افراد مسئول عادات غذایی، نگرشها و رفتارهای خود میباشند. صبحانه به عنوان مهمترین وعده غذایی نقش مهمی در حفظ سلامتی نوجوانان دارد. سواد سلامت به عنوان یکی از بزرگترین تعیینکنندههای امر سلامت است. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین رابطه سواد سلامت با نگرش و رفتار مصرف صبحانه در دانشآموزان میباشد.
مواد و روشها: مطالعهی حاضر روی دانشآموزان دختر ۶ مدرسه دولتی دورهی دوم متوسطه شهر یاسوج انجام شد. در این مطالعه ۴۴۰ دانشآموز شرکت کردند. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه گردآوری شد که شامل سه بخش: اطلاعات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه سواد سلامت نوجوانان (HELMA)، سوالات نگرش و رفتار مصرف صبحانه بود. دادههای گردآوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS v.16 و آزمونهای آماری تی مستقل، منویتنی و کای اسکوئر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. تمامی مراحل مطالعه حاضر طبق موازین اخلاقی اجرا گردید.
یافتهها: طبق یافتههای به دست آمده نمره نگرش و رفتار مصرف صبحانه در افراد با سواد سلامت بالا بیشتر از افراد با سواد سلامت پایین میباشد. همچنین بین نگرش و رفتار مصرف صبحانه با سواد سلامت رابطه معنیدار و مستقیم وجود داشت (0۵/0p<).
نتیجهگیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر بیانگر نقش سواد سلامت در نگرش و رفتار مصرف صبحانه بود. بنابراین پیشنهاد میشود، برنامهریزی لازم جهت ارتقاء نگرش و رفتار مصرف صبحانه با توجه به سواد سلامت افراد توسط مسئولان و کارشناسان در سطوح مختلف صورت گیرد.
