رابطه هوش اخلاقی با رضایت شغلی اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان سال 96

چکیده
زمینه واهداف: اساتید مهم ترین عامل درتعلیموتربیت دانشجویان هستندزیرا براندیشههای هزاران نفرتاثیرمیگذارند لذا دربهبودکیفیت آموزش نیز نقش مهمی دارند. اساتید با هوش اخلاقي بالا میتواننددرسازمان اعتماد، تعهد، انگیزه و رضایت ايجاد كنند.
موادوروشها: پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی تحلیلی و به صورت مقطعی است. تعداد100 نفراز اعضای هیئت علمی، به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارجمع آوری اطلاعات، دوپرسشنامهمعتبر40 سوالی هوش اخلاقی لنیک وکیل(lennick&kiel) وپرسشنامه 20 سوالی رضایت شغلی مینه سوتا (MSQ) میباشدکه رواییو پایایی آنها به ترتیب با ضریب آلفاي كرونباخ 96 و79 درصد سنجیده شده است. نتایج دادهها با نرم افزار SPSSنسخه 16جمع آوری و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفت. تمام مراحل تحقيق با رعايت موازين اخلاقي پژوهش انجام گرديد.
یافتهها: میانگین هوش اخلاقی و رضایت کلی اساتیدبه ترتیب 75/68و58/16 بود. ۷۷% اساتید ازنظرهوش اخلاقی و76% آنها ازنظررضایتشغلیدرسطحخوبوبالاتربودند.ضریبهمبستگیپیرسونبینرضایتشغلی و هوشاخلاقیبرابر0.565 بود(p<0.001)، همچنین این ضریب همبستگی درهمه ابعاد رضایت شغلی باهوش اخلاقی مثبت بوده است که نشان دهنده ارتباط مستقیم بیناین دو متغیر میباشد.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اهمیت رضایت شغلی اعضاء هیئت علمی به عنوان ساختار اصلی نظام آموزش عالیکشور و تاثیر هوش اخلاقی درافزایش انگیزه آنها جهت تعلیم و تربیت موثر نیروی انسانی براي سیستمهاي بهداشت و درمان ، توجه به این امر منجر به توسعه اخلاق مداری براساس ارزشهاو اعتقادات و افزایشکیفیت آموزشها و بهره وري نیزخواهد شد. لذا ضروری است دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی کشور برای فرهنگسازیو نهادینه ساختن هوش اخلاقی در جامعه دانشگاهی برنامه ریزی نموده و همواره این مهم را سرلوحه اهداف خود قراردهند.
