بررسی تاثیر آموزش بر ارتقاء آگاهی و رفتارهای بهداشتی دوران عادت ماهیانه دانش آموزان دختر متوسطه اول شهر خمیر در سال تحصیلی 95 – 94

چکیده
زمینه و اهداف: بلوغ دورهاي از رشد رواني، جسمي، عاطفي و اجتماعي فرد است که ثبات و تکون شخصت در آن صورت ميگیرد. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش بر ارتقاء آگاهی و رفتارهای بهداشتی دوران عادت ماهیانه دانش آموزان دختر در سال تحصیلی 95-94 انجام گرفت.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مداخله ای نیمه تجربی با گروه کنترل میباشد. این مطالعه روی دانش آموزان دختر دوره متوسطه اول شهر خمیر انجام شد، 120 نفر از افراد واجد شرایط وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه شامل 3 قسمت خصوصیات دموگرافیک، سوالات آگاهی و سوالات عملکرد در خصوص بهداشت بلوغ جسمی بود که قبل و 2 ماه پس از مداخله تکمیل گردید. محتواي آموزشی به روش سخنراني، بحث گروهی با وسا یل کمک آموزشي مثل جزوه آموزشی ارائه شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون آماری تی زوجی و تی مستقل در نرم افزار SPSS 22 استفاده شد. تمام مراحل مطالعه حاضر با در نظر گرفتن موازین اخلاقی و پژوهشی اجرا گردید.
یافته ها: پس از مداخله آموزشی در مقایسه با قبل از آن میانگین نمره آگاهی از 2.60±11.81 به 2.18±17.48و میانگین نمره عملکرد از 2.68±19.93 به 3.53±25.26 در گروه مداخله افزایش یافت که با توجه به نتایج آزمون آماری تیزوجی این میزان تغییر از لحاظ آماری، معنی دار بود( P<0.001)
نتیجه گیری: آموزش بهداشت در افزایش آگاهی و بهبود عملکرد دختران نسبت به بهداشت بلوغ تاثیر چشمگیری دارد؛ از این رو، آموزش مسائل بلوغ در دوران عادت ماهیانه، جهت اصلاح رفتارهای بهداشتی دختران در دوران بلوغ، باید مورد تاکید قرار گیرد
