نقش فرهنگ مدرسه و هوش اخلاقی در پیشبینی کیفیت زندگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بررسی عوامل مؤثر در کیفیت زندگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان در راستای رشد و ارتقای وضعیت آنان، یکی از اهداف نظامهای آموزشی است، بنابراین مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش فرهنگ مدرسه و هوش اخلاقی در پیشبینی کیفیت زندگی تحصیلی دانشآموزان دوره دوم متوسطه انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و از لحاظ روش گردآوری دادهها توصیفی ـ همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانشآموزان دختر و پسر دوره دوم متوسطه شهر فسا در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 بودند که براساس جدول گجرسی و مورگان (1971) 196 نفر به روش نمونهگیری طبقهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه فرهنگ مدرسه هیگینز و ساد (1998)، هوش اخلاقی لنیک و کیل (2007) و کیفیت زندگی تحصیلی اینلی و بورک (1999) بودند. جهت تحلیل دادهها در بخش آمار توصیفی از میانگین، انحراف معیار و در بخش آمار استنباطی از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 22 استفاده شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: رضایت شفاهی مشارکتکنندگان اخذ و درباره محرمانگی اطلاعات به آنها اطمینان خاطر داده شده بود.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد همبستگی بین فرهنگ مدرسه و هوش اخلاقی با کیفیت زندگی تحصیلی مثبت و معنیدار میباشند (01/0>p )؛ و 44 درصد واریانس و تغییرات کیفیت زندگی تحصیلی توسط فرهنگ مدرسه و هوش اخلاقی قابل تبیین میباشند.
نتیجهگیری: براساس نتایج ضرورت دارد متولیان آموزشی، راهکارهای توسعه فرهنگ مدرسه و هوش اخلاقی را در دستور کار خود قرار دهند و فرصتهای آموزشی برابر برای فراگیران نظام آموزشی فراهم کنند.
