شاخصها و معیارهای اخلاقی مدیریت در مدارس چندفرهنگی: فراترکیب بر اساس مدل اروین

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: توجه به فرهنگهای محیطی و عمل بر مبنای آن یکی از شاخصهای اصلی موفقیت مدیریت منابع انسانی است. این مهم برای آموزش و پرورش با توجه به دامنه گسترده و اهداف آن یکی از الزامات اصلی جهت ایجاد وحدت ملی است، لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و بررسی ابعاد و مؤلفههای اخلاقی مدیریت در مدارس چندفرهنگی انجام گرفته است.
روش: رویکرد پژوهش حاضر، کیفی و روش آن فراترکیب بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه مقالات منتشرشده در دهه اخیر (1402-1392 ش.) در زمینه شاخصهای اخلاقی در مدیریت مدارس مناطق دارای خردهفرهنگ بود که از این میان تعداد 25 عنوان بر اساس پایش موضوعی محتوایی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. دادههای پژوهش با تحلیل کیفی اسناد مورد مطالعه گردآوری شدند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در نگارش مقاله جنبههای اخلاقی شامل حفظ اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: با تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، شاخصهای اخلاقی مدیریت در مدارس مناطق دارای خردهفرهنگ در 4 بُعد، 13 عامل و 67 مقوله شامل بُعد مؤلفههای فردی ـ شخصیتی (مشتمل بر نگرش اخلاق فرهنگی، دانش اخلاق فرهنگی)، مؤلفههای اجتماعی (مهارتهای ارتباطی، سازندهگرایی فرهنگی، اخلاقمداری بین فرهنگی)، مؤلفههای حرفهای ـ تخصصی (مدیریت تنوع در منابع انسانی، توسعه حرفهای تخصصی، تعهد حرفهای و مسئولیتپذیری)، مؤلفههای رهبری ـ مدیریتی (توجه به یادگیری چندفرهنگی، مدیریت تعارضات بین فرهنگی، تحول در راستای تکثرگرایی) طبقهبندی شدند.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتهها میتوان نتیجه گرفت که توجه به ویژگیهای شخصیتی و توانمندساز در راستای مدیریت اخلاقی منابع انسانی و درک تنوع فرهنگی و توانایی مشارکتیسازی فضای مدرسه بر ایجاد یک محیط اخلاقی در مدارس چندفرهنگی کمک میکند.
