بررسی تأثیر اخلاق اسلامی کار بر اشتیاق شغلی معلمان با نقش میانجی تعهد حرفهای (مطالعه موردی: معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر اردبیل)

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اشتیاق شغلی معلمان جنبه برجستهای است که باعث بهبودی بهزیستی و عملکرد تحصیلی در دانشآموزان میشود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر اخلاق اسلامی کار بر اشتیاق شغلی معلمان با نقش میانجی تعهد حرفهای در بین معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر اردبیل انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی ـ همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی معلمان دوره ابتدایی شهر اردبیل در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 به تعداد 2671 نفر بود که بر اساس فرمول کوکران و با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چند مرحلهای از این تعداد 340 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری پژوهش برای جمعآوری دادهها انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادههای پژوهش از پرسشنامههای استاندارد اخلاق کار اسلامی Ali (2008 م.)، اشتیاق شغلی Salanova & Schaufeli (2001 م.) و تعهد حرفهای Clikeman & Henning (۲۰۰۰ م.) استفاده شد. دادهها نیز به وسیله شاخصهای توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و الگوی روابط ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزارهای آماری SPSS 24 و lisrel تحلیل شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: پس از توضیح درباره اهداف مطالعه و اطمینانبخشی به شرکتکنندگان درباره محرمانگی اطلاعات و رضایت شفاهی آنان، پرسشنامهها بین شرکتکنندگان توزیع گردید.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که اخلاق اسلامی کار با تعهد حرفهای (44/0=r، 001/0<p) و اشتیاق شغلی (43/0=r، 001/0<p) رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارد. نتایج همچنین نشان داد اشتیاق شغلی با تعهد حرفهای (56/0=r، 001/0<p) ارتباط مثبت و معناداری دارد. نتایج مدل نشان میدهد مقدار ضریب تأثیر اخلاق اسلامی کار بر اشتیاق شغلی با میانجی تعهد حرفهای 33/0 است و اخلاق اسلامی کار به صورت غیر مستقیم و با میانجیگری تعهد حرفهای بر اشتیاق شغلی تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد (مقدار آماری آزمون سوبل 53/4 و 05/0>P).
نتیجهگیری: بنا به یافتههای پژوهش، میتوان گفت که وجود اخلاق اسلامی کار در مدارس باعث میشود معلمان و مدیران مدارس دیدگاه مثبتی نسبت به شغل خود داشته باشد و با شور و شوق فراوان در مدارس حاضر شوند و نسبت به شغل خود تعهد ویژهای داشته باشند.
