نقش اخلاق حرفهای در تعهد سازمانی پرستاران

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اخلاقیات عامل مهمی در تنظیم روابط میان انسانها میباشد؛ از طرفی تعهد حالتی روانشناختی است که چگونگی ارتباط میان افراد و سازمان را رقم میزند و سبب دلبستگی عاطفی کارمند و همانندسازی و علاقه او نسبت به سازمان میشود. از این رو هدف از انجام این پژوهش تعیین نقش اخلاق حرفهای در تعهد سازمانی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان شهید مدرس شهر ساوه میباشد.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش از حیث هدف، کاربردی و از حیث نحوه گردآوری دادهها جزء پژوهشهای توصیفی ـ همبستگی و از شاخه میدانی میباشد. پژوهش حاضر بر روی 196 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان شهید مدرس، شهرستان ساوه در سال 1397 انجام شده است. نمونهگیری به روش تصادفی ساده صورت گرفته و برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای استاندارد اخلاق حرفهای و تعهد سازمانی استفاده شده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزارهای SPSS و AMOS و آزمونهای رگرسیون و مدل معادلات ساختاری بهره گرفته شد.
یافتهها: یافتهها حاکی از آن است که اخلاق حرفهای ارتباط مثبت و معنیداری با تعهد سازمانی پرستاران دارد (0/706=B). با استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون، ارتباط مثبت معنیداری بین اخلاق حرفهای با مؤلفههای تعهد سازمانی شامل (تعهد عاطفی 0/368=B، تعهد مستمر 0/489=B و تعهد هنجاری 0/543=B) مشاهده شد.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج میتوان ادعا کرد که مدیران سازمانها میتوانند جهت افزایش تعهد کارکنان به سازمان، ارتقای اخلاق حرفهای را مد نظر و در اولویت قرار دهند. در این خصوص توجه به هر یک از مؤلفههای اخلاق حرفهای به منظور افزیش تعهد سازمانی پرستاران توصیه میگردد.
