Abstract
Background and Aim: Paying attention to ethics in the governance of human capital in organizations is one of the essentials of efficient management, because the influence of ethics in the individual and social aspects of human life is significant and undeniable. Today's organizations need to redesign their management approaches based on ethical grounds. Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of investigating and analyzing the ethical components of human capital governance with an efficient management approach.
Methods: Qualitative research approach and research synthesis method were used to achieve the goal of this research. The scope of the research is all the articles (132 articles) that have been presented in specialized and scientific databases about the ethical indicators of human capital governance in recent years. The research sample consists of 25 articles, which were purposefully selected based on thematic monitoring and theoretical data saturation. The research data were collected from the qualitative analysis of the studied documents.
Ethical Considerations: In the preparation of the article, ethical principles, especially trustworthiness in citing texts and maintaining the originality of the article, have been observed.
Results: By analyzing the data, indicators and ethical components of human capital governance in three selected dimensions and 11 axes of individual components (including moderation, responsibility and accountability, interactivity, capacity building, criticism, work discipline); organizational components (including ethical-strategic governance, justice-oriented, organizational commitment, monitoring the ethical performance of human capital, transparency); Management components (including human capital empowerment, conflict management in human capital governance, initiative and innovation in governance, participation and exchange governance, supervision and leadership of human capital) were organized.
