Abstract
Abstract
Background and purpose: In the era of information and communication, paying attention to ethics in educational organizations has become doubly important. More than ever, attention should be paid to ethics in schools and how to manage them. Failure to pay attention to ethics causes job apathy among teachers. Therefore, in this regard, the present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the mediating role of well-being and organizational voice in the relationship between ethical leadership and job enthusiasm.
Materials and methods: The research method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this research included all the primary school teachers of Urmia city in the number of 3740 people, of which 350 people were selected as the statistical sample of the research based on Cochran's formula and using the multi-stage cluster random sampling method to collect data. . Standard questionnaires of organizational well-being, organizational voice, ethical leadership and job enthusiasm were used to collect data. The statistical method used is structural equations.
Ethical considerations: After explaining the objectives of the study and assuring the participants about the confidentiality of information and their oral consent, the questionnaires were distributed among the participants.
Findings: The results showed that ethical leadership has a positive and significant direct effect on organizational well-being (0.85). Ethical leadership has a positive and significant direct effect on organizational voice (0.72). Organizational well-being has a direct and significant effect on job enthusiasm (0.43). ) has a positive and significant direct effect. Organizational voice has a positive and significant direct effect on job enthusiasm (0.59). Ethical leadership through organizational well-being has a positive and significant indirect effect on job enthusiasm (0.21). Also, ethical leadership It has an indirect and significant effect on job enthusiasm (0.39) through organizational voice.
