The effect of moral intelligence on the components of the Teaching organization with the mediating role of the innovative organizational climate

Abstract
Background and Aim: Creating a learning organization in today's changing conditions is a very important thing in organizations, and various factors play a role in achieving this goal, among which moral intelligence and innovative organizational atmosphere can be mentioned. For this purpose, the aim of the current research is the effect of moral intelligence on the components of the teaching organization with the mediating role of the innovative organizational climate.
Methods: The research method was correlational and structural equation model type. The statistical population included all the employees of education departments of Golestan province in the number of 513 people, of which 219 people were selected as the research sample using Cochran's formula by random sampling method. Data collection was done using three questionnaires, including Zarei's learning organization questionnaire (2007), Siegel and Karmer's innovative organizational atmosphere questionnaire (1987), and Lenik and Cable's moral intelligence questionnaire (2005). Data analysis has been done with the help of Smart Pls software and structural equation modeling.
Ethical Considerations: In the preparation of this article, the ethical aspects including preserving the authenticity of the texts, honesty, trustworthiness and the satisfaction of the subjects have been observed.
Results: The results showed that moral intelligence has a positive and direct effect on the variables of the teaching organization and the innovative organizational climate, and the innovative organizational climate has a positive and direct effect on the variable of the teaching organization. Also, the indirect effect of moral intelligence on the teaching organization with the mediating role of innovative organizational atmosphere is positive and significant.
Conclusion: The findings indicate that the higher the moral intelligence of the organization's employees, the more innovation happens in the organization and the innovative atmosphere prevails. Also, the organization moves towards being a teacher.
