نقش هوش اجتماعی و رهبری اخلاقی در پیشبینی بهزیستی روانشناختی معلمان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بهزیستی روانشناختی همواره در محیطهای شغلی، از جمله حرفه معلمی مورد توجه روانشناسان بوده است. در همین راستا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش هوش اجتماعی و رهبری اخلاقی در پیشبینی بهزیستی روانشناختی معلمان انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر به شیوه توصیفی ـ تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی معلمان دوره دوم متوسطه شهر بهارستان در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 بودند (480 نفر) که 214 نفر بر اساس جدول Krejcie & Morgan (1970 م.) به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند؛ ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای رهبری اخلاقی Brown و همکاران (2005 م.)، هوش اجتماعی Silvera و همکاران (2001 م.) و فرم کوتاه بهزیستی روانشناختی Ryff (1989 م.) بودند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از میانگین، انحراف معیار و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون همزمان در سطح معنیداری 01/0=α با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS 22 استفاده شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در انجام این تحقیق، جنبههای اخلاقی شامل حفظ اصالت متون، صداقت، امانتداری، محرمانگی اطلاعات و اخذ رضایت آگاهانه، لحاظ شده است.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که همبستگی بین رهبری اخلاقی با بهزیستی روانشناختی (523/0r=، 01/0>p) و هوش اجتماعی با بهزیستی روانشناختی (638/0r=، 01/0>p) مثبت و معنادار بود. همچنین مؤلفههای رهبری اخلاقی 6/28 درصد و هوش اجتماعی 4/35 درصد از واریانس بهزیستی روانشناختی را تبیین میکنند (01/0>p).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش مسئولین آموزشی بایستی برای ترویج رفتار اخلاقی در مدارس از طریق الگوسازی ویژگیها، این نوع رفتار را در بین مدیران و رهبران مدارس، فرهنگسازی کنند.
