نقش سیرت نیکوی مدیران بر سکوت کارکنان با میانجیگری کار تیمی

Abstract
زمینه و هدف: سکوت سازمانی که به عنوان یکی از موانع پیشرفت سازمانها مطرح شده است با سیرت نیکو و کار تیمی بهبود مییابد. این مطالعه باهدف تعیین نقش سیرت نیکوی مدیران بر سکوت کارکنان با میانجیگری کار تیمی در کارکنان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی، مبتنی بر مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری است. نمونه پژوهش شامل 175 نفر از کارکنان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال 1398بودند که بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان و به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی- طبقهای متناسب با حجم انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای استاندارد سیرت نیکوی مدیران بارکر و کوی (2003)،کارتیمی لنچیونی(2000) و سکوت سازمانی واکولا و بورادوس(2005) استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای آماری SPSS 24 و LISREL 8.8 تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: اثر مستقیم سیرت نیکوی مدیران بر سکوت سازمانی (t=-3/19 ، β=-0/41)، اثر مستقیم کارتیمی بر سکوت سازمانی (t=-4/48 ، β=-0/48) و اثر مستقیم سیرت نیکوی مدیران بر کار تیمی (t=3/39 ، β=0/36) معنادار بود. همچنین ضریب اثر غیرمستقیم سیرت نیکوی مدیران بر سکوت سازمانی 0/17 بود که نقش معنادار کار تیمی در تأثیر سیرت نیکوی مدیران بر سکوت سازمانی را نشان میدهد.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که سیرت نیکوی مدیران با میانجیگری کار تیمی باعث کاهش سکوت در کارکنان دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی میشود. براین اساس توصیه میشود که مدیران با ارتقای اخلاق حرفهای و منشهای اخلاقی خود، اصل احترام به کرامت انسانی را مورد توجه قرار داده و موجبات کارتیمی را فراهم آورند.
